Acronis Backup And Restore

among other windows backup and restore applications like Ghost , Paragon etc. Acronis so far has the most functions and the best success rate. I have used it mainly with the bootable disk and if used to restore an image from the same computer it succeeds 90% but with the universal restore it has I would say about 80% success.
I don't find their support quite helpful as every time I contacted them about the same problem they go on and on and on about reports and logs without any practical fix.
