Our Review:
AVG of Avast has always been the main question when choosing a free antivirus for your computer.
For a free product these two antiviruses offer decent protection . However there are few significant differences.
To start with we will say that both don't go anywhere close to the protection that MalwareBytes will offer you, but for a free antivirus they are very good and as long as you don't visit torrent or porn website you will be fine.
The main difference between AVG and Avast is that AVG uses a lot more computer resources than AVAST and with AVG you will notice some computer performance drop.
The reason why AVG requires more resources to run is that it includes a lot more protection modules. The user interface on AVG looks a lot nicer and more organized , but in our opinion some of its features are unneeded (the firewall for example) Another significant difference is that there is no easy and quick way to temporary disable AVG and in some cases this is a bit annoying.
