Each care home had specific needs and on some sites exclusively outdoor cameras were installed. With quality in mind, we used 800TVL analogue cameras, all of them vandal proof. Most of the outdoor cameras we used were varifocal, as they had to be fine-tuned to the field of view. We have put some extra effort to hide all cables in the suspended ceailing and where not possible a nice white trunking has done a great job to hide all cabling and keep the site interior unaffected. We have put some extra effort to hide all cables in the suspended ceailing and where not possible a nice white trunking has done a great job to hide all cabling and keep the site interior unaffected.
All cameras were positioned in a way that assures no blind spots are left and movement can be traced through the whole monitored area. We installed multiple monitors for the staff, so video in real time is available to more than one location. On a site where more than 6 cameras were installed, we used 40” TV screens for bigger and better view of the live feed.
As with all of our CCTV systems, the recording devices we used allow for a remote viewing through a wide range of devices - laptops, tablets or phones. In addition to that, the remote viewing software can be setup in a way, so the footage can be recorded in real time on a laptop as well. The Software is very intuitive, so searching is made to be very easy and straightforward.
Since there is more than one building associated with this business, we offer an option to install centralized monitoring software that provides easy access to all of the cameras in all of the sites. This will allow the manager to quickly access all the cameras.
