Our client shared with us that a few months ago a friend of his replaced the original screen of the phone. Usually changing an iPhone screen is not difficult, but if you are inexperienced it is likely that you cause more damage than you know.
The first thing our technician did was to change the screen and to test if the phone will start, unfortunately it did not. Therefore we continued with our full diagnostic procedure to identify the cause of the problem. We started with disassembling the phone and testing each and every part, but luckily while doing it we noticed that the connections between some of the flex cables and the logic board of the iPhone were loose. Knowing this we started to put together all the pieces tightening the connections and testing them once more. After a series of successful tests the phone was ready to be assembled.
In total in took us two hours to complete the task with precision. Our client was more than happy with the end result. As professionals in the IT field we advise our customers to always consult with experts when it comes to technical operations and not to trust under qualified people.
