Will I lose all my data?
No, not if the hard disk is not faulty (95% of cases).
If the hard disk has failed, data recovery may still be possible but this can be quite time consuming, will carry additional cost and cannot be guaranteed to be 100% successful.
Please back up your data before shipping, or if not possible we can do this for a minimal charge.
Are my documents safe while you work on the computer?
For remote repair we use the latest security encryption for the connection which ensures confidentiality and privacy.
How do I pay?
No advanced payment is due until the service is complete.Every customer is provided with a full invoice and payment can be done cash or using a debit or credit card.
Which regions do you cover and where are you based ?
Our main office is located in Bournemouth (South west), but we offer our services for customers anywhere in the UK.
How long is the repair?
Most repairs are the same or next day service, unless when additional parts need to be ordered, which usually takes 3-5 days for the delivery.
For remote Repair, do I have to stay in front of the computer while you are fixing it ?
Not at all, once connected we can solve the problem without your interaction. However, you can watch how the problem is fixed if you choose.
