Windows 8 – Watch Over its Release

Technology’s main purpose is to give convenience to people. The fast development of this branch of science is such a great help to the lives of every people. Thanks to technology, communication is now just a click away and that is because computers are being invented. But, we all know that computers cannot work without operating systems. One of the most leading operating system “operating” today is no other than Windows.

Microsoft Windows or commonly known as “Windows” started operating in the year 1985. Since then, Windows have dominated the market making Mac OS a second option. As of today, Windows have a total market share of 82.50% making it the number one operating system. Developments are being made by Microsoft to improve Window versions. Every year, everyone is waiting for newer versions and is expecting for new applications and new features.

The most recent version of Microsoft Windows is Windows 7. But, a lot of people are waiting for the release of its successor; the Windows 8. On its pre-consumers electronics show, Microsoft CEO revealed that Windows 8 will run an ARM CPU (a 32-bit reduced instruction set computer instruction set architecture control processing unit).This newest version is also suitable for tablets and netbooks, and features a more touch-friendly interface.  It was also revealed that new features such as support for USB 3.0 and the ability to run Windows in USB devices will be added to Windows 8. This is the main reason why we should watch over for the release of this newer version by Microsoft.
